"I joined in early 2021, the topic of my first scrutiny was ‘How Clarion support residents in financial difficulty’.

"During our research I found out how much Clarion do and was pleased to find out about the additional support such as advice on swapping energy providers. We found the service that Clarion provides is great, however the research and peer reviews suggested an issue with communicating this service offer to residents.

"The RSC recommended communication and digital improvements and was delighted to see a flyer went out with the recent rent statements explaining all the various ways support can be provided. I am looking forward to starting our new scrutiny topic."
