*We have seen a 19.5% increase in incidents logged in July compared to June 2023. We are working hard to ensure we reach this target.
**We have seen a significant seasonal increase in cases. We are providing intensive training to staff to improve our performance and have recently introduced a targeted performance plan. This month sees a further increase from 78.7% in March 2023.
