*Due to unexpected staff shortages throughout February, we had to prioritise inspections and postpone some. We expect this to be back on target from March 2024.
**We’ve seen a significant increase in case numbers in our South region, which has impacted on capacity. North and South London continue to experience significant resourcing challenges, which have effected case management across both regions. Recruitment is underway, which will be followed by a period of upskilling. Further targeted training continues and is expected to assist results going forward.
