*As the summer period comes to an end, we’re seeing case volumes return to normal levels. With additional resources now in place from September, our teams have greater capacity to meet the Clarion Commitment measures.

We’ve already seen an improvement in Priority 1 (Urgent) case performance, rising from 92.8% in August to 93.8% in September. We expect this positive trend to continue as we move into the steadier autumn months.

**The target was not met in the North region due to one exceptionally large job that the caretaker was unable to remove. A specialist cleaning contractor was required to complete the work.
