771 out of 858 received a score of acceptable or good.

*An increase in September, however performance continues to be impacted by lack of resource due to absence in our neighbourhood teams, particularly in London. We continue to prioritise inspections where possible.

**September sees an increase from 81.1% in August. We continue to experience resourcing challenges which have affected case management and have been further impacted by an increase in reports received.
We are working hard to bring this measure to target.

***An increase in September, just shy of the target. However we continue to experience some performance issues with external service providers, which are being managed with a view to improve performance.
