*We have seen a significant seasonal increase in cases. We are providing intensive training to staff to improve our performance and have recently introduced a targeted performance plan. This month sees a further increase from 78.7% in March 2023 (86.7% in September 2023).
**We are aware of some quality issues with our grounds maintenance service in some areas. This is being monitored and managed to ensure the performance increases. We are working very closely with our grounds maintenance partners to improve the service.
