*Completion rates remain below target because we had a high number of inspections, including some rescheduled from previous months, and there were also some staff absences.

**TS teams remained committed to responding promptly to ASB cases, despite seasonal pressures and high case volumes. Urgent cases reached a national pass rate of 93.63%, which is within the acceptable range. This reflects the Triage Team’s focus on prioritising urgent support for residents.

***Non-urgent cases reached 84.10% nationally, with particularly strong results in the East (95.58%) and North (96.88%). We recognise there is room for improvement in some areas and plan to share best practices and give extra support to staff on case management over the winter months
