*We have seen an improvement in this measure from last month, however we are still experiencing knock on effects from unexpected absences in our neighbourhood teams. We continue to prioritise inspections where possible.

**We have received 59% more reports in April and May 2024 than previous months. Our teams continue to experience resourcing challenges that have affected case management. Ongoing targeted training is expected to improve results in the future.

***We have experienced some performance issues with external service providers, which are being managed with a view to improve performance.
