*Due to unexpected staff shortages throughout February, we had to prioritise inspections and postpone some. We expect this to be back on target soon.

**North and South London continue to experience significant resourcing challenges which has effected case management across both regions. To address these issues, additional reports have been implemented to try and improve our position next month.
