*In South London, we need to be more proactive about rescheduling estate inspections. Staff have been reminded to submit inspection forms on the same day they carry out the visit. A shortage of staff in the South is still affecting how many estates we can inspect, but the Regional Management Team is working to resolve this.
**We continue to experience resourcing challenges which has affected case management. We are working hard to bring this measure to target.
***One report of non-offensive graffiti was missed as a resident's vehicle was parked in front of the affected external wall.
****NRO's have reported low scoring estates to our Grounds Maintenance contractors in the North, East and North London. Noticeable drop in performance during the recent more demanding months. This will continue to be monitored by our local Housing teams to ensure poor performance is addressed.
