*Performance continues to be impacted by lack of resource due to absence in our neighbourhood teams. We continue to prioritise inspections where possible.
**July sees an increase from 79.4% in June. However, our teams continue to experience resourcing challenges which has affected case management and has been further impacted by an increase in reports received.
We are working hard to bring this measure to target.
***We have continued to experience some performance issues with external service providers, which are being managed with a view to improve performance.
