*We’re close to meeting the target and continue to make this a priority. Recent staffing pressures have caused a slight dip in performance.
**We continue to experience resourcing challenges which have affected case management. We are working hard to bring this measure to target.
***A report of offensive graffiti in the North was cleared within 3 working days. We’re now exploring ways to spot and remove offensive graffiti more quickly. Offensive graffiti in the South Region was not fully removed within 24 hours. Attempts were made to remove it by cleaning but required painting for completion.
****In South London, two cases of non-offensive graffiti were removed later than our target. In one case, removing it would have damaged the painted surface, so our Neighbourhood Response Officer asked Clarion Response to paint over it with matching paint. In the other, the graffiti had to be removed by Housing Support Caretakers, as the mobile team couldn’t carry out the work under the service charge.
