*We continue to experience significant resourcing challenges in North London. This has impacted case management across the region. In response, the team are actively recruiting for open positions and are providing targeted training across the team. We expect this will lead to improved performance next month.
**In January, the only case of offensive graffiti we had wasn't fixed within the promised 24 hours because our first attempt to remove it didn't completely work. We did however, quickly request another emergency job to address the issue.
***Two instances of graffiti were not removed within 28 days in North London due to a resource shortage. This has now been addressed.
