*Performance remains high at over 93%, with urgent cases managed quickly. The Triage team is keeping a 24-hour response time despite higher case numbers. January shows the teams’ commitment to supporting residents experiencing ASB, making sure they get quick updates and help when needed.

**January’s data shows the service is strong and improving, with nearly a 5% rise in meeting targets. The team is working to contact residents within five working days, an area that still needs improvement.
