*Completed estate inspections were lower this month, especially in North London and the South, due to other housing priorities and staff taking annual leave over the festive period.

**In December, the team continued to provide excellent service for our most at-risk residents, making initial contact within 24 hours 97% of the time.

***The Tenancy Specialist team works hard to provide a consistent, reliable service for customers experiencing ASB. In December, they maintained strong performance even with more cases and limited resources. In North and South London, there is still room for improvement, and staff will continue to focus on making contact within five working days.
