*Performance continues to be impacted by lack of resource due to absence in our neighbourhood teams, particularly in London. We continue to prioritise inspections where possible.

**Our London teams continue to experience resourcing challenges which has affected case management. We are working hard to bring this measure to target.

***August sees a slight decrease from 86.9% in July. However, our teams continue to experience resourcing challenges which has affected case management and has been further impacted by an increase in reports received.
We are working hard to bring this measure to target.

****One instance of non-offensive graffiti could not be removed within target as it was permanent marker ink that had soaked into the wooden door. A repair has been raised for the door to be replaced or painted by our repairs team.

*****We have continued to experience some performance issues with external service providers, which are being managed with a view to improve performance.
