*August has seen a reduction in estate inspections being completed due to limited staff resources over the holiday period. Estate inspections that were not completed in August, will be rescheduled.

**The continued high levels of ASB cases being recorded in the earlier summer months of 2025, continued in August.

Contributing factors such as resourcing issues in some of the tenancy specialist teams, and a seasonal high demand for annual leave from staff has impacted performance, but our response rates remained relatively strong.

We continue to review how we can improve our performance in the short, medium, and long term, specifically in relation to the trend of spiking ASB cases being in the summer and autumn months.
