*A slight decline in performance this month, though the overall position for communal repairs has improved. We are continuing to improve our reporting and processes, which will ensure better performance over the longer term.

**We are now beginning to see the anticipated increase in performance as we move out of the demanding winter months and the challenges caused by stormy weather. We expect to see a continued recovery in performance by the end of the financial year.

****Clarion are committed to understanding the condition of our residents’ homes and as such undertake a programme of stock condition surveys to inform us of matters that need our attention. The homes that were reported as non-decent as of 31 March 2023 are all being reviewed with further surveys to understand the works required immediately in order to bring them up to the decent homes standard as a matter of priority.
