Our commitments to you
Here at Clarion, residents are at the heart of everything we do. As well as providing homes for those who need them most, we’re committed to making a difference for our residents and communities. We aim to make sure we always provide a good service. This includes making you aware of the services we offer and the standard you can expect.
Our Clarion Commitments have been developed in response to our ongoing engagement with residents. Each of the six standards have specific commitments for key services. They are designed to reflect what you are telling us so that they meet your needs. We also want to make sure they remain relevant to your priorities and concerns.
As we publish our latest Residents’ Annual Report, we spotlight Commitment no.2, which focuses on resident engagement and how working together makes a difference.
The Residents’ Annual Report highlights our performance over the year 2023 - 2024. It includes improvements we have made to provide you with the best services possible, how we are investing in homes to make them comfortable, safe, and fit for the future, and how we are championing you and your community to make a positive difference.
Key stats from the past 12 months include:
• Over 83% customer satisfaction
• 60,863 times residents helped shape our services
• £418 million spent on maintaining and improving your homes
• 1,724 people helped into work
• Our Clarion Response teams complete more than 1,200 jobs a day
