“We worked with the Sustainability team to review how Clarion is communicating its Sustainability strategy to Residents. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the Sustainability team and the North London, Resident Involvement team. It was very informative, and they were very committed to hearing our feedback on communicating and understanding Sustainability in our communities. It didn’t stop there, they have continued to reach out and engage with residents for feedback. Being a scrutiny committee member is so impactful, you really are helping Clarion make a difference.  

For the year ahead, we are focusing on how Clarion support residents Mental Health. A topic I am very interested and passionate about. I am looking forward to working in partnership with Clarion again for another year!”
