May Highlights Infographic - Responded to 145 reports of serious antisocial behaviour; Responded to emails and online enquiries within  3.66 days  on average; Supported  439  people to improve their digital skills and get online; Supported  141  people with help finding a job and training; 720  passenger lift  inspections completed; 6,914  fire risk assessments completed year to date, on all blocks of flats with internal communal areas; 1,326 estate inspections completed; Supported 430 people with budgeting, accessing grants and welfare benefits, debt and energy saving advice.
